I mainly grabbed Manhattan Prep for the practice tests, and I don’t know, they just felt kind of off. My scores were all over the place one week to the next, which made it hard to tell if I was actually improving or just getting weird test results. Also, the questions didn’t really feel like what I ended up seeing on the real exam. I kept second-guessing my study plan because of it, and for what it costs, I expected the practice exams to be a lot closer to the real thing...

I signed up hoping this course would give my score a decent boost, but it didn’t really move the needle. Some parts might work for other people, so I’d call it hit or miss, but for me the lessons felt rushed and not super practical. For what it costs, I was expecting a lot more.

The classes felt rushed and support took too long. I finished still not feeling ready, so it just wasn’t worth it for me.

I signed up thinking I’d get more personalized help, but most of the replies felt like they were copied and pasted from a script. I also spent a frustrating amount of time waiting in the support queue just to get answers that still weren’t very clear. It never really felt like anyone understood my actual situation. For what it costs, the support was disappointing.

I tried it hoping my score would go up, but it stayed exactly the same lol. Didn’t really see any improvement at all.

I wanted to like the class, but the setup didn’t really work for me. It felt kind of rushed from the start. Like, we’d get into one topic and then suddenly we were already moving on to the next thing. A lot packed into each session. Not much breathing room. I kept wishing there was more time to actually practice or ask regular questions without feeling like I was slowing everything down.

I know some people might like this style, but for me the lessons felt dry and I lost motivation quickly. It wasn’t that I didn’t want to put in the work, I just needed a bit more support and guidance instead of feeling like I was being given more videos and homework to get through on my own

I don’t think it’s worth the price for tutoring. It already feels overpriced for what you get, and then there are all these little policy loopholes that seem to work in their favor if you need to reschedule or cancel. It just left me feeling like I was paying too much and still had to watch out for the fine print.

The lessons were fine when they actually loaded, but the site kept freezing and kicked me out of quizzes twice. I also had to wait a while for support to get back to me, which made it feel like there wasn’t really a person there to help. For something I paid for, it ended up being frustrating.

The lessons themselves seem like they might be okay, but the online platform was frustrating for me. Pages took what felt like a while to load, the menus were a bit confusing, and I probably spent more time than I should have just trying to find basic things like practice questions.
It also logged me out a few times, maybe three or so, and I never really figured out why. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot smoother. It made studying more stressful than it needed to be.

Manhattan Prep does have a solid amount of study material, and I appreciated that some of the guides and practice questions were easy to find. It made getting started feel less stressful, which is always nice when you’re already trying to study for something important.

That said, I was a little disappointed that some resources felt limited or were only available if you paid for certain classes. I get that businesses need to charge for their services, but it would feel more fair to make a bit more available upfront, especially for the price. Overall, it’s not bad, but I expected a little more.

I’ve dealt with customer support from other companies before and usually it’s at least somewhat straightforward, but this time was frustrating. It took quite a while to get a reply, and when they finally responded, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote. I ended up repeating myself more than once and still didn’t get much help in the end. Definitely not the experience I was expecting.

At first I thought the study materials were going to be fine, maybe just a little basic. But the more I used them, the more annoyed I got. Some of the explanations were way too thin, and a few of the practice questions didn’t feel anything like the real test. For what I paid, I expected a lot better. I actually ended up using free resources more than this, which says a lot

I was hoping the strategies would be more helpful, but a lot of them felt kind of gimmicky to me. I didn’t get much value out of it overall. Has anyone else had the same experience?

I expected Manhattan Prep to be way more thorough, especially with how it’s marketed and what it costs. A lot of the lessons felt surface-level to me, like they’d explain a topic quickly and then move on before I actually felt comfortable with it.

The practice questions were okay, but I still ended up on YouTube and forums trying to fill in the gaps, which was frustrating. For the price, I thought I was paying for something more complete, so I definitely felt a bit misled. I wouldn’t use it again

I’m not sure if I missed something or if the process just wasn’t very clear, but trying to enroll felt way more confusing than it needed to be. It took a while to find the info I needed, and by the end I was annoyed...

Anytime I missed a session, it felt like a whole hassle to figure out what to do next, and there weren’t many decent options to switch into. The class times just don’t really account for normal life stuff coming up.

For what it costs, I expected a lot more flexibility. If nothing changes, I’m probably going to look elsewhere because this setup just isn’t working for me.

The homework load felt heavy. It seemed like there was just too much to keep up with at times 😕
